Having a niche website is one of the best ways to make money with affiliate marketing.  Having your own website gives you credibility and allows you to market products to potential customers.  The problem is that websites can be hard to build if you are not into coding, can take a long time even if you are and will cost a fair amount if you hire someone to make them for you.  When creating your own websites, you also have to determine what it will look like and if this will actually work for your needs.

What Is Store Buildr?

Store Buildr is more than just an affiliate product and is actually a place where you can buy ready-made Amazon Associate niche websites.  Currently, there are 30 different websites to choose from ranging from the ever popular pet market to comic books and manga.  The websites all come with full support, video tutorials on how to use them and you can even get them uploaded onto your website host by the support team.

Originally, there were 25 websites on offer.  There are now 30 and 5 new websites are added each month.  All of these websites are ready to be uploaded to your hosting, can be tweaked to be unique and are fully researched to hit niche markets that are profitable.

How Much Does It Cost?

Now, you might be thinking that getting a ready-made affiliate site would be great, but it is obviously going to cost a lot.  The beauty of Store Buildr is that it actually very affordable for what you are going to get.  Each website costs $9.97 and comes with all the support and a money-back guarantee.  If you want to buy all of the sites, this would come to $299.10.

Fortunately, there are some bulk buy options that you can take advantage of.  If you want to buy the original 25 websites, you can do so for $97.  This is actually a really good price when you consider that buying them individually will cost you $249.25.  That’s a saving of $152.25 which is not something to scoff at.

Another bulk option you can look at is a monthly subscription of $19.95.  This subscription will provide you with the 5 websites that are released each month.  These websites would generally cost $49.85 if you bought them individually.  So paying $19.95 each month is also a really good deal.

How Easy Is It To Use?

Knowing that you can get a made-for-you website is great, but you might be wondering how hard they are to use.  I was wondering the same thing when I bought the first website that was offered because I have had problems in the past.  The truth is that they are actually really easy to use and the video support is amazing because it walks you through all of the steps that you have to take.

The videos show you how to extract the websites and upload them to your hosting.  You will also be shown how you can place adverts on them and how to change them to suit your needs.  The user interface is also very simple and super user-friendly which is a relief.

I have not had to use the support that is offered so I cannot comment on this.  Of course, I think that not having to use it is a testament to how good the video tutorials are.

Store Buildr Elite

As with most products, there is an upsell and that is Store Buildr Elite.  This is actually something that you should consider because it is good value for money.  Yes, the Elite upsell is expensive at $497 which is something that a lot of people cannot afford.  However, you do need to consider this a long-term investment which will make you your money back.

The Elite membership is a one-time fee, but you get all of the niche websites which are now on the site and which will be added to the site in the future.  This means that you are going to be getting the current 30 websites as well as the monthly 5 websites for the rest of the stores lifetime.  You will also earn every time someone buys a website through Store Buildr or signs up to an Elite Membership using your affiliate link.

The affiliate income is one of the best out there because you get 100% of the purchase price when someone buys a single website or buys the $97 package.  When someone signs up for an Elite membership you will get 50% of the purchase price.  This means that if you have 1 person buying the 25 website package, you make $97 or you make $9.97 per website they buy.  If they sign up for an Elite membership, you will get $248.50.  All you need to do is get 2 people to sign up for an Elite membership and you will have made your money back.

But wait, there’s more!

If the affiliate earnings are not enough for you, you will also be getting developer rights.  An Elite membership provides developer rights to all of the niche websites as well as the WordPress plugin InstantAzon.  This means that you can sell the websites to your customers as your own without any issues.  Of course, you will then have to provide support to the customers yourself.

The Verdict

I have bought websites from Store Buildr and I can confirm that they are easy to use and the tutorials are amazing.  You not only get a ready-made niche website, you can change it to be unique and fit what you want to do.  There are also videos which tell you about different ways that you can get traffic to your website which is vital to making money.

The Elite membership upsell, is also a good idea.  While it might be outside of the budget of some people, the value is worth it.  The affiliate profits are some of the best out there and you get developer rights to the websites which is great for a side business.

The fact that Store Buildr comes from Dave Nicholson and John Thornhill is another bonus.  As 2 of the big names of affiliate marketing, they do not want to smear their own reputation.  They are also looking to increase the site to be the first stop for people looking to buy websites.

I would recommend at least buying one website from them to see if you like it.  At $9.97, you are not going to get a better deal.  Of course, you do need to have your own hosting and buy a domain name for the website.
